Avallon One LLC Terms of Service

1. Introduction

   Welcome to Avallon One LLC ("we," "our," "us"). We’re pleased to provide web design and hosting services to you in accordance with these Terms of Service. By hiring us to design and host your website, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

   We offer website design services and host via Wix. We also provide maintenance plans, domain name plans, and email plans. Once we finish the design of your site, and after full payment, we will transfer ownership to you.

3. Payment

   Full payment is required upfront for creating a website. All other services such as maintenance plans, domain name plans, and email plans are billed monthly at the end of each month. All payments are due upon receipt.

4. Refunds

   If you are unsatisfied with your website design, we offer a money-back guarantee before the ownership of the site is transferred to you or before we begin the maintenance plan for the site. To initiate a refund, contact our customer service within the specified timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

   Avallon One LLC retains the rights to the website and its design until the project is completed and payment is made in full. Upon full payment, ownership of the site will be transferred to you. Any usage of the site before full payment and ownership transfer is prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

   These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal disputes will be settled in the courts of Boca Raton, Florida.
